How To Pre-Create One-To-One Meeting?
Pre-creating a one-to-one meeting allows organizers to schedule specific attendee meetings in advance without waiting for participant action. Follow the steps below to pre-create a one-to-one meeting in Eventspot.

1: Access the Eventspot Admin Panel and go to Engagement> Networking> Meetings
2: Click the “New Meeting” button to add a new meeting
3: Select Private Meeting
4: Enter the Meeting Title
5: You can choose an existing room from the dropdown
6: Or click this button to add a new room if there are no existing rooms
7: Enter the Start Time of the meeting
8: Enter the End Time of the meeting
9: Add a Meeting Description if needed
10: You can add one or more meetings participants
11: Click the “Save Changes” button to create a private meeting
