Eventspot allows organizers to collect feedback for individual event sessions using Session Rating forms. You can customize the rating form, apply it to a single session or all sessions, view response counts, and export session rating data for analysis.
To manage session ratings, log in to the Eventspot Admin Panel and navigate to Engagement → Session Engagement → Session Rating. The Session Rating page displays the total number of ratings received for the selected session. Use the session dropdown to switch between sessions and view the rating data for a different session.
To customize the rating form for the selected session, click Update rating form for current session. If you want to apply the same form across all sessions, click Update Global instead. The form creation process begins with the Form Details step. Enter a Form Name, then click Save & Next to continue to the Form Builder.
The Form Builder allows you to create the rating form using drag-and-drop components. Drag the required field types from the Form Components panel into the form and arrange them in the preferred order.
Selecting a field opens the Update Field Settings panel, where you can edit the field label, mark the field as mandatory, configure the available response options, and update other field settings. After making your changes, click Save to update the field, then save the form when you have finished building it.
The Clone button creates a copy of the current rating form, while Update Global lets you apply a single rating form across all sessions. To export rating data, click Export and choose This session to download responses for the selected session or All session to export responses for every session.
Use the session dropdown to switch between sessions and view their rating data.
