This is where all your visual branding options live. Head here first before making any changes.
You have three main things to set up here: your logo, your brand cover, and your theme color. Each one affects how the app looks for attendees, so it is worth spending a few minutes getting them right.
There will be a placeholder logo in place when you first arrive. Click the Remove button to clear it out before uploading yours.
Upload your logo file and keep it within the recommended dimensions. This keeps it from looking stretched or cropped.
Once you have the logo positioned the way you want, click the Save icon to lock it in.
After your logo is saved, Eventspot will pull colors from it and suggest a few theme options that match. This is a helpful shortcut if you want everything to feel visually tied together.
Just like the logo, there is a sample cover image already in place. Remove it before uploading your own.
Upload your cover image within the recommended size. This is the image attendees will see prominently when they open the event.
Click the Save icon once your cover is uploaded and adjusted to your liking.
Pick one of the colors Eventspot suggested based on your logo, or open the color picker to enter a specific hex code or pick something manually.
If none of the suggestions feel quite right, the color picker lets you dial in exactly what you need.
Once you have chosen your color, confirm it to apply it across the app theme.
Close the picker when you are done to return to the main branding settings.
If you prefer motion over a static image, you can upload a short video to use as your brand cover instead.
When everything looks good, save your changes. Your updated branding will be applied to the event app immediately.
