The welcome email contains important event information and access details required for attendees to join and use the event platform. If an attendee loses the email or does not receive it initially, organizers can resend the welcome email directly from the attendee management section.
To send a welcome email, log in to the Eventspot Admin Panel and navigate to People >> Manage Attendees. From the attendee list, search or filter the attendee using the available search and filter options. Once you locate the attendee, click on the Send Welcome Message option available in the row above the attendee table.
If you need to update an attendee's information before sending the welcome message, click the three-dot (Actions) menu beside the attendee and select Edit. This opens the Edit User panel, where you can update the attendee's details as needed. After making your changes, select the Would you like to send welcome message? checkbox, then click Save to apply the updates and send the welcome message simultaneously.
Eventspot also supports sending welcome emails in bulk. To do this, select multiple attendees using the checkboxes beside their names in the attendee list. Once attendees are selected, the Send Welcome Message will appear.
Apart from the Admin Panel, organizers can also resend welcome emails directly from the Eventspot mobile app. To do this, log in to the app using an admin account and navigate to Side Menu >> Manage >> Manage Attendees. Search for the attendee by name or scan the attendee badge to locate the user profile. Open the attendee details page and click on Send Welcome Email to resend the email instantly.
