Click on “Create New” Button and a pop-up window will appear. Fill in all the required information in the provided fields. This usually includes the notification title, message content, and any specific options or settings for your outreach system.
Next, select the option to add redirection content for the notification.
Under "On Click Redirect to," you'll have different choices:
None: the default setting is “None” where the user will not be redirected to any other link or screen while tapping on that push notification. This is used to send generic notifications.
Internal: if you choose this option, the user will not be redirected to the selected screen within the app. This is generally used to promote a specific element inside the app like sponsor, exhibitor, speaker, etc.
External: if you select this option and place the URL in the given field, the user will not be redirected to the added link. This is used to promote any external page from your event.
Based on your requirements, choose the appropriate option and enter the target link or screen accordingly.
Finally, click on "Send" to immediately deliver the notification or "Schedule" to set a specific time for sending it.
