Eventspot uses subprocessors to deliver its services. This page provides information about the identity, location, and role of each subprocessor we use. At Eventspot, we believe strongly in data and information security and implement industry-standard measures for handling your data. We created this guide for anyone who wants more insight into our policies.
Terms
Subprocessor: An external service or provider that Eventspot enlists to deliver its services. Eventspot may share personal information with subprocessors subject to Eventspot's Privacy Notice and Terms of Use. All data is encrypted both at rest and in transit.
Eventspot's Commitment to Privacy:
Eventspot takes the privacy and security of your personal data seriously. Strict processes are in place to ensure information is shared securely and only when necessary.
Eventspot’s services are deployed on a highly secure, scalable virtual private cloud platform that ensures high availability of data. We take strong measures to protect all of our infrastructure.
- Data Security: Eventspot employs Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology for data collection, storage, and processing.
- Password Security: All accounts are accessed via secure login with one-way hashing of all passwords. Eventspot does not access or share passwords unless required by law or with your permission to resolve system problems.
- Payment Information: Eventspot uses Stripe to collect payment information and does not collect payment information on any of its own servers.

These are providers who supply core services that enable Eventspot to provide software services under a data processing agreement. Each of these provides a range of essential services.

Service Specific Subprocessors
Eventspot works with other third parties to provide specific functions or features within Eventspot's products. These providers will have access to anonymized information for statistics and in order to provide their relevant functions. The use of information is limited to the specific purposes we've detailed below:
Webflow - Cloud based Web Hosting Service - Europe/United States
Google Inc - Cloud based Analytics Service - Europe/United States
The following subprocessors are third parties that we offer optional integrations with. Relevant customer data and personal information will be shared with these services if you specifically enable them and authorize the sharing.

Changes and updates
As our services grow and evolve, the third-parties and subprocessors that we engage with may also change over time. We will provide the account owner with notice of any changes by sending a notification to the registered account holder's email address, along with posting any changes here.
